§ 5-4. Transportation of dead animals.

No person may haul or transport over the highways, streets or alleys of the city, the bodies of dead animals (except those that have been slaughtered and intended for human food), without first obtaining and holding a license to transport bodies of dead animals or unless the person doing the transporting is acting for a licensee under this section.
