§ 27-174. Bond required.

Each applicant for a pawnshop license shall file with the city, at the time of application, a surety bond, satisfactory to the city, in an amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for each license. Such bond shall be maintained current during the continuance of such license. The bond shall run to the state for the use of the state and of any person or persons who may have cause of action against the obliger as provided by Chapter 367.011 to 367.060 of RSMo and all rules and regulations lawfully made by the City of Clinton.
