§ 27-17. Occupations and businesses to be licensed, taxed and regulated.

All of the various objects, occupations, professions, trades, avocations and businesses within the city shall be licensed, taxed and regulated under and by virtue of authority granted to the city as a city of third class and in accordance with RSMo Chapter 94, and as amended therein.
